Processing Time All items at Kimtomize are handmade or upcycled and are prepared with care. After receiving your payment, we process your order within 1-3 business days. During busy periods (holidays, sales), this may take slightly longer - we'll keep you informed.
Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1-3 business days after shipping
- Belgium: 2-4 business days after shipping
- Rest of EU: 5-10 business days after shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders from €55 within the Netherlands.
Shipping Methods We ship via PostNL or DHL . Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Issues with Delivery Did you receive a damaged package or has your order not arrived? Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@kimtomize.nl. We'll make it right.
